Jubilee Service Cover Challenge

Jubilee Cover Challenge

Children’s Competition for 4-15 years

We would you like to draw a simple design to be used as the Cover of our Jubilee Service in June. Please have a go!
Use an A4 sheet of paper, portrait mode, to create a design which can be copied for printing. Use pencils or pens, markers or paint, remembering to make any colours contrast with each other. e.g. pale green and pale red will just look plain grey when copied! Black and White with shading is just as likely to win the competition.
The best design will appear on the Jubilee Service sheets used when we celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Entries should be handed in – on or by 29th May. Please do not fold the sheets. Leave with either wardens, J Club leader, Sunday school teacher or a member of the ministry team by then.
You might like to include some of these suggestions – a picture of the Queen, a crown, the number 70, a calendar, a parade, a palace, a throne or any ideas of your own. Simple is good!
All entries will be displayed on Jubilee Sunday and a small gift given for every entrant.
