Points of Prayer (P.O.P)

We believe that prayer should be at the heart of everything we do as a church. Prayer isn’t just something we do on Sundays; it’s part of our everyday walk with God, helping us grow closer to Him and share in His heart for others.

That’s why we’ve introduced POP – Points of Prayer.

Each week, we’ll share three simple prayer points to help us pray intentionally for our church, our community and our world. You’ll find these on our weekly service sheet, on the screens in church and here on our website.

Our hope is that these little prompts will encourage us to make prayer a natural part of our daily lives, and that together we’ll grow as a church family that doesn’t just talk about prayer, but prays!

Because when God’s people pray, things happen.

  • Let us thank God for His goodness, faithfulness, and abundant blessings.
May we always have grateful hearts and recognise Him as the source
    of all we have.
  • Let us pray that as a church we will continue to grow deeper in our
faith, become stronger in prayer, and draw closer to Jesus in our
daily lives. May His love shine through us as we reach out to our
community, sharing His hope, kindness, and compassion with those
    around us.
  • Let us lift up our neighbouring churches, praying for God’s blessings,
strength, and guidance upon their leaders and congregations.
  • Let us pray for all places where people suffer from the effects of
conflict and where tensions have a daily effect. May wars soon end,
and may peace be nurtured where there are strained relationships.
