Royalty in our Prayers

As we pause to reflect on the sad news of the Princess of Wales’ illness, we look to God, who is King over the whole earth, and ask his help for Kate, her husband and children as they face this trauma at this early stage of life.
Heavenly Father,
we thank you for the strength you give us as part of our human families.
Bless, we pray, the Windsor Family as they address together the challenge of cancer, and the demands of the various treatments that King Charles and the Princess face.
Remind them of your presence, and embrace them each in your love.
Strengthen the Queen and the Prince of Wales, George, Charlotte, and Louis.
Bring healing to all who are suffering at this time, especially Charles and Kate, we pray, according to your will, that in receiving the mercy from your hand, they may glorify your name and find peace in their period of sickness and joy in their recovery.
We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and King. Amen.
