Social Justice or Biblical Justice:
Sunday 29th September
Our “cousins” across the Atlantic often confuse the social justice we seek in community with a broad liberal agenda. For this reason many Christians in the states choose to call it biblical justice instead.
The Bible does not advocate a specific socialist or conservative agenda either; these strands are validly held views across denominations and religious outlooks, no single view has a monopoly on the truth.
In our final Sunday in our Season of Justice we reflect on what the bible says about workers and their true values.
In a change to the published orders of service we will use Morning Prayer on 29th at both 10:30 and 12:00. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause anyone.
